Hi! I am currently a Research Intern at the headquarters of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), working under the supervision of Serge Kapto.
I graduated from the Campus Asia Program in July 2025, through which I obtained my M.A. in International Politics from Peking University and a double degree in Public Policy from the University of Tokyo. I also studied as an exchange student at Seoul National University. Previously, I received my B.A. in International Politics and Economics (double degree) from Peking University in 2022.
My research interests lie in East Asian International Relations, Japanese Colonialism / Imperialism, and Gender Politics. More specifically, I examine how imperial expansion, colonial governance, and wartime mobilization under the Japanese Empire shaped the everyday lives of ordinary women and the process of nation-building, and how these historical legacies continue to influence postwar East Asian societies and international relations.
Here is my latest CV.
